Arm Instructions

Place the limb you wish to keep dry into the Limbag and pull the elasticated top at least 10cm higher up the limb than the cast, bandage or moonboot, etc.
This allows the strap to be applied correctly.

Create a loop ensuring the strap is fed through the buckle and then slide it over the affected limb so that the strap is still over the top of the plastic but not resting on any cast, bandage, dressing or moonboot. Pull the strap to tighten and fold back over the buckle attaching the sticky hook to the strap.

If you are finding that the strap is too long, loop the strap around the affected limb a second time and after feeding the strap through the buckle a second time and then pulling the strap to tighten, fold the strap back over the buckle attaching the sticky hook to the strap.

We suggest you try to avoid tightening over a cast, bandage, dressing or moonboot as the strap will act as a barrier between the elasticated top of the Limbag and the affected part of your limb. Failure to apply the strap in the correct position could result in the Limbag not working to its full potential as well as providing complications resulting in too much pressure being applied to a wound.
